What exactly happens during a Legacy Conversation session?

A facilitator guides your family through a structured set of questions and prompts covering personal wishes, meaningful memories and family history. The session is conversational — not a form-filling exercise. A written summary of the key points discussed is provided afterwards.

Does Bequesta provide legal or financial advice?

No. Bequesta is an information and organization service only. We do not give advice on wills, inheritance, estates, taxes or any other regulated matter. If you require professional legal or financial guidance, we are happy to suggest that you speak with a qualified practitioner in the relevant field.

Where can sessions and workshops take place?

Sessions can be arranged at our Lumphini office in Bangkok or at your family home within the greater Bangkok area. Many families find a home setting more comfortable — particularly for conversation-based sessions. The Estate Inventory Workshop is typically most practical when held on-site with the belongings present.

How long does the Records Digitization service take?

The turnaround depends on the volume of documents. A typical family collection of 50–200 pages is usually completed within 5–7 working days. We will give you a clear timeline after reviewing the scope with you. Documents can be brought to our office or collected from your home in Bangkok.

Is my family's information kept private?

Yes. All information shared during sessions, documents provided for scanning and any notes created are treated with strict discretion. Can we book more than one session or combine services?

Absolutely. Many families find it helpful to begin with a conversation session and follow with an inventory workshop once they have talked through what matters most. All three services can be arranged as a coordinated package. Please mention this when you get in touch and we will plan accordingly.
